Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Starting Salary: £35,000 + £6,500 Call-Out Bonus = £41,500 P/A

Annual Earnings: £46,500 P/A (Including Company Bonus & Overtime)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8-Hour Shifts (08:00 – 17:00, 1-Hour Lunch)

Overtime Rates: x1.5 and x2 for Bank Holidays

The Role: Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer

Machinery: Seed Processing Machinery, Mixers, Silos, Conveyors, and Packaging Machines.

  • Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to develop and optimise the site maintenance regime.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults across various production systems.
  • Carry out breakdown repairs to minimise downtime and improve reliability.
  • Execute PPM maintenance using job sheets and planned schedules.
  • Assist in installations and modifications of new or existing process equipment.

Entry Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased preferred).
  • Qualifications: City & Guilds, NVQ, or BTEC Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance or Installation.
