Operations Manager
Starting Salary: £70,000 p/a + £10,000 performance bonus & benefits package
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
The Company
Approaching 30 years in business, our client has grown to become an industry-leading electrical contractor providing electro-mechanical installations, maintenance and periodic testing and inspection services to the Aggregates, Quarrying and Food & Beverages manufacturing sectors.
Recognised nationally for their craftsmanship and now investment-backed, they employ over 50 skilled Electrical Engineers in the UK and have plans to grow the business from £10m to £15m. As part of this, they are now beginning an exciting phase of ambitious growth plans to expand further with a new Operations Manager who can improve the business and drive profitability and performance.
Our Opinion: What makes this opportunity so unique is the combination of a family-run ethos with investors that are equally committed to engaging and rewarding their workforce. This has led to high retention rates, internal promotions, and multi-site clients retaining their services for over 10 years.
